TRAKAmerica is a national outsourcing provider managing over $18 billion in assets for its clients. As we continue to expand our infrastructure, an immediate need has opened for a Performance Manager to fill a role critical to our continued growth. This role can be a remote position; however, it is preferred for the candidate to be in Bonita Springs, Florida and is classified as exempt under the FLSA and will not earn over-time for any hours worked more than 40 hours in each work week.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a person with strong analytical and excellent communication skills, a dedicated customer service approach and a proven background in managing process controls and legal performance in a dynamic environment.
The position serves as the key resource for understanding, driving, and reporting legal performance trends for a variety of legal suppliers who will file collection lawsuits on our client’s behalf. This position will be responsible for managing the relationship with accounts receivable management law firms within TRAKAmerica’s network. The position will work closely with the law firms to understand their internal processes which support the performance needs and expectations of TRAKAmerica’s clients.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for the development of strategies that will achieve client goals. The position will interact directly with clients to meet their performance objects on their portfolios placed with TRAKAmerica. This position will require travel up to 10-15% of the employee's work time and will be responsible for managing a group of our network law firms.
This role will require demonstrated skills in analysis and problem assessment, organizing priorities for the supplier, sound judgment, problem-solving and critical thinking, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving and exceeding goals of the company and its clients
Key contact for a group of law firms located throughout the country
Conduct monthly performance calls
Assist with on-boarding new law firms
Manage firms to expected performance metrics for all phases of litigation process
Manage inventory for assigned firms/agencies through proprietary inventory management products
Conduct follow-up procedures to ensure compliance with established client and regulatory standards

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree is required with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with and providing solutions to outsourcing suppliers
Knowledge of debt collection laws and experience in debt collection or financial industry preferred
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable Management, Bank Card, or the Debt Purchasing Industry
