People Team Assistant

Job Description

Job Summary:

Assist HR department for various HR functions and projects. Hybrid working.

Essential Functions:

  • Assists with various research projects and/or special projects.
  • Inputs and maintains employee data.
  • Maintains HR files (both digitally and in physical files).
  • Assists with event planning.
  • Submits HR invoices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Flexible and responsive; able to ensure data accuracy, perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environment, and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Must have can-do attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Passionate to learn.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to multitask.
  • Strong team player, experienced with matrix organizations and virtual teams.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite.
