Responsibilities
Develop recruiting plans and relationships to support seasonal and year-round staffing needs
Develop and maintain job descriptions for all salaried and hourly personnel
Manage the recruitment, onboarding and orientation process
Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization
Employee relations and performance management
Maintaining company compliance in accordance with CA Labor Laws
Plan and execute company events, trainings and team-building.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Nurture a positive working environment
Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
4+ years of related human resources and recruitment experience, with a track record of successfully identifying top talent
Well versed in CA labor laws
Tech-savvy, with experience navigating and training others in HR technology
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Excellent mediation skills. Ability to consult and build relationships with senior executive team members
