About This Role

OutSystems is currently recruiting a People Success Manager. In this role, you will partner with our Americas Sales and Marketing based teams - from individual contributors to the leadership level - in order to fully understand the function, its business needs, and its strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will work with leaders to influence and support decisions on organization design, culture, talent density, inclusion and diversity, and strategic planning. The focus of this role is to assess, coach and influence the business as we scale and evolve to ensure our teams and business thrives. You will build collaborative and trusting partnerships across your teams and be sought out for your objectivity, candor and cultural lens.

What You Will Lead/Do Or Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for Leadership Team members
  • Drive proactive initiatives such as workforce planning and organizational structure, continual development of “high performing” teams, training and development initiatives in partnership with People Programs, and close connection with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other functions to support the health of the business
  • Have the pulse and hold up the mirror with a quantitative and qualitative view of how we’re doing. Take data interpretation to the next level with your provocative suggestions and insights
  • Provide a “feet on the street” view of morale; diagnose root-cause issues within organizations
  • Provide coaching to leaders around OutSystems behaviors and values and overall leadership effectiveness
  • Provide real-time insights around headcount, budget, attrition, and other actionable metrics
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Be capable of representing the local employment legal requirements – either by becoming an expert or by relying on others

Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed (HM)

  • 8+ years of experience as an HR professional, including experience in a client-facing HR Business Partner role. Prior time in supporting Marketing and Sales teams a plus
  • Experience in partnering with leaders in a fast-growing global company;
  • A demonstrated level of competence in organizational development, coaching, training and development, and change management are required.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent is required with a preference for an advanced degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
