Midtown media company looking for a remote payroll candidate to work on a long-term contract.
Job Responsibilities
Act as point of contact, and ensure excellent HR Customer Service is delivered
2-3 years working Knowledge of ADP EV5 payroll system, preferred
Experiencing with large volume payroll, minimum 1000 employee headcount
Experience handling multiple company codes
Detailed
Basic knowledge of state tax laws
Experience with time tracking system, ADP etime preferred
Some knowledge of processing prior quarter adjustments, a plus
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Experience in a shared service environment, a plus
Payroll frequency weekly, semi-monthly, and biweekly
To perform additional internal controls processes in order to identify mistakes in advance to reduce/eliminate errors.
Data entry of applicable new hire, terminations, rate changes, department transfers in payroll system
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management
Requirements:
2-3 years (more is a huge plus)
