Role: Payroll Manager

LOA: 6 months, Contract-to-Hire

Location: Onsite in Homestead, PA (5 days per week, first 90 days). After the first 90 days, 4 days per week in office (Fridays remote).

Current Oxford client is looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This person needs to have management experience, live near Homestead, PA, and be willing to be onsite 5 days per week for the first 90 days of their assignment. If they are meeting expectations, they can work 4 days per week onsite and remotely on Friday after the initial 90 days.

Musts:

• Managing a team of direct reports, completing performance reviews, setting goals, etc.
• Experiencing payroll for multiple states.
• Understanding of specific-state payroll requirements.
• High volume payroll processing experience.
• Big box software application experience preferred (ADP, Salesforce, Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.)
