**This position operates 8:30a.m.- 5p.m. PST (Sunday- Thursday) **
Basic Purpose
The Business Admin Specialist I – Payroll/Billing is responsible for reviewing a high volume of payroll/billing records weekly. They send weekly/monthly invoices. They are responsible for quality control checks, employee/payroll liaison, updating employee files and preferences, updating billing contacts and preferences, assist with processing high volumes of weekly or monthly invoices, responding to billing inquiries. May handle special assignments. Works with minimal supervision.
Essential Functions
Send Sub Friday Placement Records
Upload Active Employee Lists for ITES and DE
Payroll data entry, as needed (late timesheets/service logs)
Assist with preparation/processing weekly and monthly invoices
Send invoices
Communicates with clients and employees
Monitor payroll and invoice email inboxes
Maintain timesheet records
Quality control checks.
Answer phones.
Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
1 year of business experience in related field
1 year of data entry experience required
1 year of payroll or accounting experience required
Customer service, sales and/or marketing experience a plus.
Strong Computer/Technological skills using Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge and ability to work with word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems
Experience using Google Drive (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms)
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Some college preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Company equipment(laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse headset) will be provided directly to you for use during employment.
