Position Overview
The Payroll Analyst will collaborate closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure the accuracy of timesheets across all divisions, maintain payroll systems, and process payroll efficiently.
Responsibilities Of The Payroll Analyst
- Check timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
- Process payroll changes accurately and promptly.
- Enter payroll data into databases and maintain records.
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed on time.
- Perform daily payroll operations and handle employee inquiries.
- Assist with processing employee data and maintaining confidentiality.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a payroll-related role for an organization with at least 50 employees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
