A New Spirit Behavioral Health Services Foundation is located on the campus of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia. The foundation is dedicated to helping restore emotional balance in the lives of children, individuals, and families.

Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW). LCSWs will provide clinical services to children, individuals, and families, including diagnoses, treatment plans/goals, progress notes, and termination summaries as part of the therapeutic process.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a clinician in a behavioral/clinical health setting
• Hold a current license in clinical social work
• Individuals should possess or acquire NPI, CAQH and Medicaid credentials. We are happy to assist in securing the Medicaid credential, if necessary. NPI and CAQH are easily attainable by the applicant
• Applicants must possess or secure liability insurance
• Experience working with clients with mental health diagnoses that include a wide range of disorders such as anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, ADHD, family relational issues, and more
• Ability to work collaboratively, when needed, with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to provide comprehensive clinical services
• Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Therapists will function as independent contractors creating their own schedules and client load preference, which is not less than 6 and not more than 15 clients. As independent contractors, therapists are required to follow the foundation’s philosophy regarding elements of the client-therapist relationship and contractual provider compliance agreements. The rate is $80.00-$90.00 per one hour session.

This is a great opportunity for clinicians to begin to build a private practice and/or to augment their current practice/employment income.
