Part-Time Clinical Study Coordinator

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a dedicated Clinical Study Manager to oversee and manage clinical trials for our office in Raleigh

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and compliance management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour based on experience

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Experience level: 2 years of relevant experience, Rheumatology experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials from initiation to completion

- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and regulatory requirements

- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting processes

- Conduct blood sampling, vital signs monitoring, and other clinical assessments as needed

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to ensure study protocols are followed accurately

- Manage study budgets and timelines effectively

Qualifications:

- Associates or Batchelor's degree in a related field

- Proven experience in clinical research and study management

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical trial processes

- Ability to analyze data and interpret results effectively

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Familiarity with compliance management and regulatory guidelines in clinical research
