We are looking to hire a Paid Search Specialist in the beautiful Fort Lauderdale area! This is a full time opportunity working in a very collaborative and hands on office environment.


The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing the Company’s online paid digital marketing campaigns across major platforms like Google, Meta, and Bing. This includes various formats such as mobile, video, display, shopping, and search. Your role will focus on enhancing campaign performance through strategic campaign structure, bidding, targeting, creative development, and rigorous A/B testing. Utilizing data-driven insights, you'll collaborate closely in a dynamic, analytical environment, overseeing a substantial portfolio of advertising initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to drive impactful results within an entrepreneurial and results-oriented setting.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of multiple digital marketing campaigns, overseeing their development, optimization, reporting, and meticulous quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with external media agencies to launch new campaigns, including crafting ad copy, selecting target keywords, curating product lists, and customizing audience segments.
  • Directly manage adjustments across all Platform Ad accounts as needed, overseeing agency performance and progress towards goals.
  • Gather, consolidate, and analyze data for performance reporting, identifying anomalies and proactively seeking opportunities for campaign enhancement.
  • Manage creative assets and promotions in alignment with the promotional calendar, coordinating with internal teams for approval and ensuring timely launch of all new creatives.
  • Maintain oversight of shopping product feeds, ensuring compliance, quality, distribution, and hosting alignment with industry best practices to maximize performance.


Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in online advertising and ecommerce, preferably with a national brand, agency, or retailer, focusing on Google Ads, Meta, and Bing.
  • Extensive hands-on experience and deep knowledge of Google Paid Media, Meta, and Bing campaigns, with the ability to independently navigate these platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google PMAX campaigns, Standard Shopping campaigns, Meta Advantage+ (ASC) campaigns, and DPA ad types.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Analytics and its application in campaign performance analysis.
  • Advanced analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data across multiple marketing channels.
  • Ability to synthesize and present complex information effectively.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry and organizational environment.
