Target pay is $30-$34/hr

Our Medical Device client is seeking an expert Packaging Designer to assist with a cutting-edge rebrand.

This is an exciting role to deploy new brand standards to existing SKUs that grab the attention and elevate the brand.

Duties:

• Works with moderate work direction, skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
• Develop, create, and execute concepts and design ideas for products, graphics, interactive experiences, packaging and various communication avenues.
• Design duties requiring planning, scheduling, and implementation along with the creation of presentations, brainstorming overall design concepts, and interfacing with business stakeholders.
• The individual will also contribute to the development of brand identity guidelines.
• Influencing design for key moments of truth for the new healthcare company brand.
• Creating and protecting a cohesive on-brand experience.
• Support the launch of a new world-class medical device brand.

Skills:

• Willingness to drive new ideas forward and find effective ways to communicate them.
• Handles a wide variety of inquiries and challenges where the solution is not immediately apparent; has confidence in navigating ambiguity and bringing people along in the process.
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and stakeholders at once without sacrificing quality.
• Product packaging design experience in B2B and B2C industries.
• Expertise in specialty design skillsets (e.g., packaging design, UI/UX, environmental design, tradeshow and event, etc.) is preferred.
• Skilled designer with expert command of all Adobe Creative suite products.
• Experience in creating product renderings is an asset.
• The role will focus on enterprise brand visual identity systems and guidelines; building out the guidelines vs. applying the brand guidelines in a virtual corporate environment.

Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university.
