We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our client’s growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industrial and commercial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding our customer base.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
2 plus years of outside sales experience in the commercial construction industry.
Proven experience in B2B sales within the industrial or commercial sector.
Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex business environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and other employees.
Requires the ability to review and process important customer information (blueprints, plans, specifications, etc.) and prepare timely, accurate, and competitive bids for the sale and/or rental of products and services.
Experience with forming and shoring a plus
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or a related field is preferred.
