Position Overview:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Outside Sales Representative is responsible for establishing, building and maintaining long-term partnerships with Diamond, and becoming a key retail partner for all associates within the designated territory. You'll share our purpose and passion for making a real difference in the health, wellness, and lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Prospects, qualifies and generates sales within established trading partners.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue prospective accounts through various leads and resources.
- Travel to key retail locations and provide fun, insightful training on our products and selling processes in both one-on-one environments as well as large groups.
- Manage multiple accounts.
- Engage RSAs (Retail Sales Associates) in ways to promote and educate the end consumer on our products and the benefits of sleep.
- Attend key industry trade show twice a year, bringing in current and prospective clients.
- Learn and continuously update knowledge of the product you present to clients.
- Keeps management informed of activity, including timely preparation of reports.

- Maintaining activities in a Sales CRM

Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Positive, High energy, Self-Motivated
- Knowledge of Mattresses, adjustable bases and bedding is a PLUS
- Basic technological skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Reliable Vehicle and Valid Driver’s License Required
