Order Management Coordinator -- Remote | WFH

As an Order Management Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless interactions with our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include resolving real-time issues, such as account setup and supply logistics, through effective communication via email, phone, or live chat.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely support and resolving issues related to account management, allocations, and more.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to address escalated customer concerns, ensuring a swift resolution.

Communicate supply notifications to customers using our integrated systems.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM platform.

Contribute to ongoing process improvements and customer service enhancements.

Foster strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders to optimize service delivery.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional business education or experience preferred.

Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or call center environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.

Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.

Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays as required.
