Job Description:

As a part of Kounsel Customer Engagement and Support Team, you will be an integral part of our organization, helping to support our administrative functions, streamline our screening processes, and provide essential assistance in onboarding processes.

Job Type: Remote/Hourly/Contract/As-Needed Basis

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct screenings, and background checks to assess candidate’s suitability in healthcare, law, and veterinary areas.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as email management, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets with accurate information.
  • Facilitate and track the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
  • Coordinate and provide necessary support during the onboarding process.
  • Create and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Associate Degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer support, administrative, or assistant role is preferred - the training will be provided.
  • Preferred, but not required familiarity with CRM, and Microsoft tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a team, as well as independently, and manage time effectively.

General Requirements:

  • High-speed Internet and the ability to join video meetings during business hours.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of multi-functional teams.
  • Ability to collaborate and be a team player.
  • Availability to work during U.S. Business hours (EST/CST/PST).
