Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Online Store Manager at STUDIO JARI LLC located in Brooklyn, NY, with flexibility for some remote work. As the Online Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online store, including inventory management, product listing, order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the design team to curate and showcase our products, and collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
Qualifications
Prior experience in e-commerce or online retail management
Strong understanding of online sales platforms and tools
Proficiency in inventory management and order fulfillment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze online store performance metrics
Creative thinking and ability to curate product collections
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Experience in interior design or home decor industry is a plus
