Job Description


iTalent Digital is seeking a skilled and dynamic Office Manager to join our team supporting an innovative and growing gaming company. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth administrative functions, and fostering a productive and positive work environment. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the company's goals and contributing to the continuous improvement of office operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and creative industry.


Responsibilities:


Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and clean work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with building management for office maintenance, security, and other facility-related issues.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to executive team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring professional and friendly interactions.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and social activities, including logistics, catering, and venue arrangements.
  • Organize team-building activities and company-wide events to foster a positive and collaborative company culture.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist HR with onboarding new employees, including orientation, setting up workstations, and providing necessary resources.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation and compliance.
  • Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.

Finance and Budgeting:

  • Monitor office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in coordination with the finance team.

IT and Technical Support:

  • Liaise with IT support to ensure office technology and equipment are functional and up-to-date.
  • Assist employees with basic IT issues and coordinate with external vendors for technical support as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Provide feedback on office operations and contribute thought leadership for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to regularly update office policies based on feedback and new developments.
  • Stay current with trends and best practices in office management.

Internal Responsibilities:

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your iTD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal iTD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.


Required qualifications and skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts and ensure compliance with regional standards.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.


Preferred qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Certification in office management or administration (e.g., CAP, OMCP).
  • Experience in the gaming or tech industry.
  • Fluency in multiple languages relevant to the region.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
