Unified Women's Healthcare is seeking an Office Manager to support Royal Women's Care a newly formed practice in Palm Beach County. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the OB/GYN office, ensuring efficient workflow, managing staff, and providing high-quality patient service. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing financials, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, patient flow, and office logistics to ensure a smooth operation.
- Manage office finances, including billing, budgeting, payroll, and purchasing supplies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Handle patient complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) and ensure data accuracy and security.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a physician office required.
- Experience with Athena EMR preferred.
- Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in an OB/GYN setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of medical billing, coding, and EHR systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
