Key Staffing is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Office Manager on a temporary-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day administrative operations within the office. The role requires a proactive and organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must be open to occasional travel, with an expectation of 2 plus trips per year.

Responsibilities
Administrative Oversight:
- Manage and coordinate office procedures and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Facilitate communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, both in-office and off-site.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Prepare reports on office activities and expenses as needed.
- Proven experience in office management or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel 2-4 times a year as required.
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve goals.
