Office Manager
My client is building consumer businesses and making waves in digital media, gaming, entertainment, and more.
This role will oversee office operations, managing vendors, visitors, and related logistics.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience with administrative and clerical work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Required to come from the entertainment, legal, or financial industry
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
