Office Manager
Our client, a prominent boutique private equity firm is seeking an Office Manager to join their team! You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing day-to-day administrative functions and providing high-level support to the executive team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This position requires 5 days onsite in their Midtown Manhattan office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee office operations and administrative functions.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Manage pantry inventory and place orders as necessary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors to the office, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Ensure the office environment/public spaces are professional, clean, and welcoming.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and furnishings.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Oversee conference room scheduling for meetings
- Ensure proper setup and shutdown of Audio Visual/ Videoconference and catering service
- Assist in onboarding new employees, managing employee technology requirements.
- Manage building access for employees and visitors
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate and manage holiday gift procurement for clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum [3-5] years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role, preferably within the financial services or private equity industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Positive attitude and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Salary $75-100k, plus bonus!
