Office Administrative Assistant

Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. (SIA) is seeking an individual with a professional demeanor and positive attitude to provide general office administrative support. This position will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative activities and tasks for our Huntersville, NC office, as well as supporting the Marketing and Communications department. The position will be onsite full-time, Monday through Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office, company-wide, and marketing events, including meetings, travel, meals, etc
  • Maintain supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels, place & expedite orders, verify receipt, stock items, and deliver supplies to workstations
  • Assist with other clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, collating, binding reports, mailing/shipping, and receiving
  • Interface with facilities management, contractors, and service providers, including coordination of office space and setup for new hires, employee transfers, and visitors
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department and provide support with databases, reporting, and promotional materials
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
  • Answer telephones and direct callers to the appropriate associate
  • Greet visitors and ensure they sign in and out of the premises
  • Retrieve and distribute employee mail consistently

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities, display a professional, positive attitude, and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as possessing exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments with minimal supervision
  • Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential

The expected pay rate for this role is $21.00 – 25.00 per hour. Exact pay will be commensurate with experience.
