Role Overview
As the Regional Oncology/Hematology Clinic & Infusion Center Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission. Here’s what you’ll do:
Leadership: You’ll lead administrative and clinical staff, ensuring safe staffing, efficient scheduling, and smooth clinic flow.
Quality Care: Maintain our high standards by following established policies, goals, and safety standards.
Patient-Centered Approach: Conduct staff/physician rounding to foster communication, gather feedback, and enhance patient experience.
Team Building: Interview, hire, orient, and train employees. Evaluate performance and support professional growth.
Strategic Staffing: Optimize team assignments based on clinic appointments, workload ratios, and individual skills.
Retention: Identify learning needs and implement measures to retain top talent.
Qualifications
RN License: You’re a registered nurse with a passion for oncology care.
Leadership Experience: You’ve led teams, managed clinics, or overseen infusion centers.
