Length: 1+ year full time contract

Location: Remote, must be located in CST or EST time zone.

Pay: $37-42/hr. DOE W2


The Sage Group’s client, a well-known Global SaaS company is searching for a contract New Hire Experience Facilitation Specialist.


As a Facilitation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to produce, facilitate, and interact with our new hires in the Technology & Products organization. You will report to the Director of New Hire Experience in the Technology, People, Innovation & Learning team (TPIL); with a main focus of supporting facilitation, production, and content curation/edits (where needed) of new hire live virtual programs.


Responsibilities:


Facilitate & produce virtual live classes on Zoom platform for hundreds of new hires in the AMER region.


100% focused on world class, highly effective, new hire programs for Tech & Product.


Support the delivery of content for new hires via multiple channels (Slack & email) as well as live sessions.



Manage day of logistics for each training as well as logistics leading up to the new hire sessions and post sessions.



Work with TPIL New Hire Experience Team and Global partners (AMER, EMEA, APAC) where necessary to make sure content is updated, SMEs are engaged, and program is running effectively.



Keep templates and class content updated (with the support of the New Hire Experience team).


Keep new hires engaged, excited, and having fun.


Proactively communicates with team, ensuring that all work is well-managed without constant supervision.


Required Skills/Experience:

2-3 years of new hire facilitation experience

Virtual facilitation experience

Strong multi-tasking abilities

Articulate Rise abilities to make small changes (a bonus)

Learn Plus Plus platform abilities (a bonus)

Flexible with change and agile when necessary to make sure classes are running smoothly

Strong working knowledge of Zoom & Google Applications (including Gmail, Google Drive and managing multiple Google calendars; Slack knowledge is a bonus)

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Thrives working in a high-­tech company

Proven ability to work independently and manage program logistics/communication

Can troubleshoot quickly with little to no support (if needed when on their own)
