Primary Responsibilities
- Deploying, implementing and configuring products and solutions as part of the Optum Imaging Solutions. This includes but is not limited to Load Balancers, Web Servers and Web Client solutions
- Performing software and hardware installation and system configuration, quality testing, and documentation according to Optum defined processes
- Test, benchmark, and verify that the implemented system is error free and functional prior to delivery to the customer
- Onsite asset review included as part of the implementation and transition to the Support group
- Perform Final Quality Assurance for finished systems as assigned in accordance to Enterprise Imaging quality system
- Resolve technical problems, analyze and evaluate issues that may occur during implementation
- Opportunity to learn additional aspects of Optum Enterprise Imaging Product, configuration and functionality
Required Qualifications
- Security+ certification or equivalent certification
- Ability to be credentialed within the first 6 months of employment
- 3+ years of professional Information Technology or professional Network Engineering experience
- 1+ years of experience with F5 load balancers
- Experience with network hardware, protocols, and standards
- Ability to travel up to 75% for this role
- CCNA/CCNP certification
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server database
- Basic knowledge of Oracle database
