Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients
  • Manage and oversee tax compliance and reporting processes
  • Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide guidance to clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
  • Review and analyze financial statements for tax implications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax department
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Expertise in tax planning strategies for private equity and corporate clients
  • Proven experience in managing complex tax compliance projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $350,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
