Salary Range: 130k-160k, Sales Bonus Offered


JOB SUMMARY: National Sales Director - Performance Division

3V Sigma USA is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual for the position of National Sales Director whose primary focus will be driving the North America Sales in the Plastics Additives Market. The National Sales Director will directly pursue sales growth targets by assessing and scouting new markets, areas, and opportunities where 3V Sigma USA can win business. They will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and closing business in new accounts within specified area of responsibility, as well as continuing to grow current business and current market opportunities. This is an Outside Sales position with a 70% Travel requirement


Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

This position works in a virtual office environment as well as required air and car travel to visit customers and manufacturing sites. Work is conducted in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Effective time management is required, as is the ability to manage stress, build professional and collaborative relationships, and reason through complex business situations. Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills and the ability to communicate well in written and verbal formats are required.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field. With a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales related to industry-specific products for major global accounts, you’ll bring valuable insights to our team. A background in plastics or chemical business is essential. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Salesforce will be advantageous. Additionally, strong analytical skills and effective communication at all levels of the organization are key attributes we’re seeking.
