National Fleet Account Manager

Job Description

Gomobile Tires USA, a leading provider of mobile tire and oil service solutions in 23+ states for commercial fleets, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Fleet Account Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire and retain national fleet accounts.
• Build strong relationships with national fleet managers and decision-makers.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Negotiate and close contracts with national fleets, securing profitable agreements.
• Oversee the management and growth of existing national fleet accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (sales, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed established sales targets and quotas.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of success in acquiring and retaining national fleet accounts.
• Strong understanding of the national fleet market and its dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM software a plus.
• Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
• Ability to travel throughout the country.
