Duties and Responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:
Leasing apartments
Prospective resident follow up
Positive resident relations
Taking resident work orders
Distributing work orders to maintenance team
Light administrative work i.e. filing, answering phones, typing leases and lease renewals, preparing move in packets, and collecting laundry income.
