Applicant must have 10 years of relevant experience with the following:

  • Technical development/change management experience
  • Develop and deploy a change/control/release/incident management practice
  • Mitigate risk against failure in system release
  • Microsoft Visio, LucidChart, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet SharePoint, the Microsoft 365 Office Suite, familiar with project mgmt tools
  • Jira and ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Release Management principles and the release management lifecycle including scheduling and coordinating releases across multiple vendors
  • Release management principles, methods, techniques, and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through project closure
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, at all levels of management.
  • Change management principles and practices, change control board activities and change request processing.
  • Basic management principles and practices, methods of data collection and analysis;
  • Experience organizing risks and issues for presentation in reports, documents, and other written materials
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, Change Management, Release Management and Service Asset and Configuration Management
  • State Government / Public Sector
