Mortgage Loan Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting Mortgage Capital Market Manager and Mortgage Operations in executing rate locks with Investors, managing commitments, delivering loan data, and preparing assigned reports. Complies with all regulations, which apply within the scope of the position, including Bank Secrecy Act.

DUTIES

• Executing and managing rate locks with Investors.
• Assists operations in delivering loan data such as ULDD, UCD.
• Communicating with Investors for any lock, commitment, delivery related issues.
• Preparing daily, weekly production report and monthly board reporting.
• Preparing reports as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in finance, math, economics, business or a related area

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 0-2 years of experience in assistant work which includes experience in an administrative role.

SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Computer literate
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Detail oriented and able to function well in a multi-task environment
• Computer skills including MS Office Word, Power point, and other internet application
• Experience with LOS Encompass is a plus
