Job Overview

In the Mortgage Closing Consultant role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for CapCenter clients who are on the path to close a loan. Mortgage Closing Consultants analyze our clients’ applications and supporting documents to ensure each loan meets our rigorous underwriting standards. Alongside your analysis, you’ll guide our clients, working internally with realtors, loan officers, underwriters, and insurance advisors so that all parties are set up for success at closing.

In Your First 30 Days, You Will

  • Secure an NMLS license (we’ll sponsor it!)
  • Become a subject matter expert on lending
  • Join an immersive training plan teaching you everything you need to be successful

In Your First 90 Days, You Will

  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our clients as they prepare for closing
  • Work collaboratively with others to ensure accuracy and efficiency at each step of the way
  • Build on your communications and underwriting knowledge through learning modules, proprietary training, and live coaching
  • Complete a self-assessment to build a blueprint for career progression at CapCenter
