Minimum Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of clinical lab procedures


Licensure, Registration, Certification

  • Registry eligibility
  • MT(ASCP), MT(AMT), MLS(ASCP), CS(ASCP), C(ASCP), MLT(FBCLP) or specialist ASCP approved certification required within one year of employment (interchangeable certifications)


Desired Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Medical Technology or BS Degree in Biological Science
  • MT(ASCP), MT(AMT)


Utilizes professional application of the principles, theories and techniques of Medical Technology to provide accurate and reliable laboratory test results to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
