MUST:

2+year of experience working in a private practice setting (specialty preferred)

Answering phones

Checking patients in and out

Returning patient phone calls

Scheduling appointments

Verifying insurance

Strong customer service skills

DUTIES:

The Medical Receptionist’s duties include but are not limited to the following:

Answer phones

Check patients in and out

Call patients back from voice mails

Schedule and confirms appointment

Verify insurance

Collect co-payments and any prior balances from patients
