Consists of two Physician Assistants and one Nurse Practitioner. Our client strives to stay up to date with the latest & greatest aesthetic services offered. Medical Receptionist Details
Temporary position
$ 16.50 to $ 17.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday )
Greeting patients in person
Answering Phones & forwarding calls
Scheduling a variety of appointment types for multiple providers
Obtaining & recording patient payments
Responsible for protecting patients' personal, financial & medical information
Maintaining the patient waiting room along with the reception area
Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed.
Medical Receptionist Qualifications
Must have 1-2 years’ RECENT PREVIOUS experience as a Medical Receptionist
Excellent customer service skills in person
Excellent phone etiquette
Proficient in general computer skills, data entry
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong ability to multi-task
Strong attention to organization & detail.
Resume and interviews required
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
