We are seeking to fill a newly opened Office Staff position for a Certified Medical Biller with expertise in Electronic Medical Billing / Marketing/ Communication/ Medicare electronic Billing / Office Bookkeeping including expertise with Google Drive, spreadsheets, ledgers/ QuickBooks with strong ability to reconcile numbers. Medical office staff skills are needed to assist our growing psychiatry practice. Participate in all office day to day operations. 37.5 Hours per week. the position requires an individual who is dedicated, reliable, self-motivated and has knowledge of medical billing software and electronic medical records and Medicare Quality Care submission. Advanced MD or similar billing software knowledge is needed.
Excellent Communication Skills are a must - Ability to communicate very effectively with facilities, administrators and Families-Health Care Proxies and answering phones is part of the position. Candidates for this position must have Proficiency with: Microsoft EXCEL and Google Drive and a working knowledge of Quickbooks.
