Key Responsibilities
Independently manage aged accounts and rejections
Submit primary and secondary insurance claims electronically and by paper
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient billing processes

Work Environment
This position offers the flexibility to work primarily from home, with some required in-office time. For those who prefer an office setting, we have space available for you.
Position Requirements
At least 3 years of current and progressive medical billing experience
Ability to occasionally travel to the Grand Rapids office
Preferred experience in the mental health and substance abuse field
Prior experience in a nonprofit setting is a plus
