MUST BE a US Citizen!
Mechanical Designer to create the 3-D CAD models and assemblies in support of proper design at the component or subsystem level
Work collaboratively with other Designers on the program to ensure best practices of solid modeling are properly implemented in the design and development of vehicle transportation systems
Work with the assigned Engineer in the completion of the drawing package
Experience with large assemblies
Sheet metal and welded assembly design experience
Experience with creating solid models and drawings in Solidworks
Experience working with manufacturing personnel in a shop environment
Willingness to work closely with other designers to achieve common goals
