Marketing Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist. Summary: The Marketing Operations Specialist is primarily focused on ensuring the department adheres to established processes, style guides, timelines, and budget to deliver at the highest possible standard from inception to completion. The Marketing Operations Specialist will review project requests for accuracy and completeness, prepare and maintain project schedules and assign resources. The candidate will have an established understanding of the creative project lifecycle, the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast paced environment and will be expected to facilitate and build positive working relationships within other departments in the organization. Day to day, the Specialist will be managing projects from inception to implementation .

Requirements

• Experience with working on multiple projects at one time in a fast paced environment
• Project management in marketing experience (healthcare industry is always helpful)
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
