Responsibilities
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
Experience
Proven track record of 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategic marketing roles, preferably within the medical device sector
8+ years leading function or team, preferred

Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies (CDMO and B2C) aligned with overall company objectives, ensuring alignment with sales, product development, and other key stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Customer Segmentation; Marketing Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, regularly analyzing data to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement; Define target customer segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns and programs to effectively reach and engage each segment; Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Brand Development: Oversee the development and evolution of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with product management teams to develop compelling service and customer centric value propositions, messaging, pricing strategy and positioning for new and existing products, guiding the go-to-market strategy.
- Marketing Communications: Direct the creation of integrated marketing communications campaigns, including advertising, public relations, digital marketing, social media, and content marketing efforts.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to maximize individual and collective performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and collaboration with internal teams, including sales, product development, finance, and executive leadership, to drive alignment and achieve shared business goals. Strong collaboration with R&D to drive new product development/innovation is critical.

Education:
