Position Overview
As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships and developing new ones. You will work closely with the principals and professional staff to prepare required submittal requests, pre-certifications, online registrations and other matters relating to acquiring new work. Additionally, you will oversee the company's branding and communication efforts to ensure consistency and effectiveness in both print and digital formats. You will also be involved in TD2's community involvement matters and will work closely with the principals in selecting events that provide opportunities to showcase our services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets and customer needs
Manage the company's branding and communication efforts, including website, social media, and advertising
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to improve results
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' marketing strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the architectural and/or engineering industry
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead work with others and delegate tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically In Design) and marketing software
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
