Robert Half Marketing and Creative is working with an IT client in the Atlanta area who is looking to hire a Marketing Content Manager. This is a direct hire, hybrid position.
The Marketing Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with our marketing goals and drive brand awareness. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can create high-quality content across various platforms, including web, social media, email, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports overall marketing and business objectives.
Create, edit, and optimize content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, social media, email newsletters, website copy, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform content creation.
Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns.
Analyze content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
Work with external agencies and freelancers as needed to supplement content creation efforts.
Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in content creation and marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how to apply them to content.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
