Robert Half Marketing and Creative is working with an IT client in the Atlanta area who is looking to hire a Marketing Content Manager. This is a direct hire, hybrid position.


The Marketing Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with our marketing goals and drive brand awareness. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can create high-quality content across various platforms, including web, social media, email, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Create, edit, and optimize content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, social media, email newsletters, website copy, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform content creation.
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
  • Work with external agencies and freelancers as needed to supplement content creation efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices.


Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation and marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how to apply them to content.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
