Opportunity

Are you passionate about streamlining processes and optimizing marketing efforts? We're seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in managing and executing marketing automation tasks, ensuring our campaigns run smoothly and effectively. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to reach our strategic goals.

Essential Duties

  • Workflow Management: Take charge of Hubspot automation tasks by following established workflows and guidelines. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure flawless execution.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our team leader to comprehend and prioritize marketing objectives. By aligning with our strategic goals, you'll help us achieve greater success.
  • Sales Support: Implement and monitor automated workflows, including lead nurturing, lead scoring, segmentation, and email marketing campaigns, based on predefined instructions. You'll also be responsible for managing dashboards to track our progress.
  • Content Development: Assist in crafting and refining marketing assets like email templates, landing pages, and forms, while adhering to brand guidelines. Your creativity and attention to detail will help maintain consistency and quality.
  • Copywriting: Collaborate with our content creation team to develop captivating and persuasive copy for automated email campaigns and landing pages. Your ability to maintain brand voice and engage our audience will be essential.
  • Conversion Optimization: Optimize copy for improved conversion and engagement. Utilize persuasive language, clear calls-to-action, and effective storytelling techniques to drive results.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality assurance checks to guarantee the accurate implementation of campaigns. Troubleshoot any issues and resolve errors or inconsistencies promptly.
  • Data Management: Assist in data management activities, including data cleansing, segmentation, and list management, to uphold data accuracy and integrity within Hubspot.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on key automation metrics, campaign performance, and lead quality. These reports will support data-driven decision-making within the organization.
  • Stay Informed: Stay updated on the latest features, enhancements, and best practices in Hubspot. Share relevant insights with the team leader and fellow team members to keep us at the forefront of automation technology.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using the Hubspot platform is a plus. (We are open to training the right candidate!)
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Basic knowledge of inbound marketing principles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills, with meticulous attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality.

Qualifications And Experience Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing automation concepts and email communication strategies
  • Hubspot certifications (such as Hubspot Marketing Software Certification and Hubspot Automation Certification) are a plus.
