Job Description
The Moinian Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will report to and support the Director of Marketing and play a pivotal role in supporting various marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute strategies and ensure seamless coordination of marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Social Media Management
As a Marketing Assistant at The Moinian Group, content creation is a critical aspect of your role, aimed at engaging our target audience and driving brand awareness. You will be responsible for planning and executing compelling content for social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and contribute to community building efforts. Here is how you will contribute:
- Strategic Content Development: You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences. This involves brainstorming ideas, researching industry trends, and identifying topics that resonate with our audience.
- Website and Blog Content: Your responsibilities include writing engaging and SEO-friendly content for the company's website and blog. This may encompass a variety of formats such as articles, case studies, infographics, and multimedia content to educate, inform, and inspire our audience.
- Audience Segmentation: Tailoring content to specific audience segments is essential for maximizing relevance and engagement. You'll leverage audience insights and personas to create targeted content that addresses their needs, challenges, and interests.
- Branding Consistency: Maintaining brand consistency across all content is crucial for reinforcing brand identity and messaging. You'll adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice to ensure uniformity in messaging across various platforms and channels.
- Quality Assurance: As a meticulous content creator, you'll ensure the accuracy, clarity, and coherence of all content produced. This involves thorough proofreading, fact-checking, and adherence to grammatical standards to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
- Content Optimization: Maximizing the reach and impact of our content requires optimization for search engines and social media platforms. You'll incorporate relevant keywords, metadata, and multimedia elements to enhance visibility, engagement, and shareability.
- Content Calendar Management: You'll contribute to the development and maintenance of a content calendar, outlining content themes, publishing schedules, and key milestones. This ensures a consistent flow of content aligned with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Tracking the performance of content initiatives is essential for evaluating effectiveness and informing future strategies. You'll monitor key metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion metrics to assess content performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Adaptation and Innovation: Staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in content marketing is essential for staying ahead of the curve. You'll continuously explore new formats, channels, and approaches to innovate and elevate our content strategy.

- Development and Distribution of Marketing Material
Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing and promotional material across various platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines through effective collaboration, project management and communication between cross functional stakeholders and marketing team members.
- Internal Reporting
Contribute to the preparation of internal reports by gathering and organizing data, tracking key performance metrics, and providing insights into marketing performance.
- Data Entry and Analysis
Conduct data entry tasks and assist in the analysis of marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Market Research & Industry Trends Monitoring
Aid in conducting market research activities, including surveys, interviews, and data collection. Collate findings and assist in generating actionable insights to inform marketing strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and compelling marketing campaigns to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
- Vendor Relations
Liaise with suppliers and clients to strengthen relationships, facilitate communication, and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Newsletter Management
Assist in the distribution of subscriber newsletters and relevant information, ensuring timely delivery and accurate content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (education/degree, internship, or entry-level role) in marketing, preferably in real estate or related industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
- Proficiency in data entry and analysis, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of marketing tools, design programs and software is a plus.
