About The Role
We are seeking a talented and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a passion for understanding consumer behavior. What you will do:
Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather and analyze data from various sources, including sales, web analytics, social media, and customer feedback
Identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform marketing strategies and decision-making
Market Research:
Conduct primary and secondary research to understand market conditions, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
Analyze survey data, focus group results, and other research findings to support marketing initiatives
Campaign Performance Analysis:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Provide detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance, including ROI and other key metrics
Customer Segmentation:
Develop and refine customer segmentation models to target specific consumer groups effectively
Provide recommendations for personalized marketing tactics to enhance customer engagement and retention
Dashboards and Visualization:
Create and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into marketing performance
Use data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and compelling manner
Strategic Recommendations:
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop data-driven strategies and initiatives
Offer actionable recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness
Forecasting and Budgeting:
Conduct predictive analysis to forecast future market trends and consumer behaviors
Assist in budgeting and financial planning for marketing activities
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role, preferably in a direct-to-consumer business
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Data Studio / Looker)
Experience with market research techniques and tools
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Strong communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities

Base range of $65,000 - 80,000 with flexibility depending on background and experience;
