Job Title: Sales Manager of Strategic Partnerships

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth

Pay: $100k-$150k plus bonus opportunities


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager of Strategic Partnerships to foster and develop value-added partnership with large and fortune 500 companies. As the Market leader, you will be responsible for driving success, performance, and strategic initiatives. The product and services entail providing technical services for the supply chain, and network services, providing creativity innovation to drive results.


This role will report to the CEO and will work with a team size of up to 75 employees. The ideal candidate needs to be a trusted confident, self-starter with a proven business track record.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals
  • Work closely with CEO to partner and create business plans to drive the south region for the organization
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Expertise working with ISO standards of operation
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Build technical alliances with channel resources
  • Leverage local entities and community outreach to build the brand
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting reports and strategic plans
  • Become a trusted alliance and advisor to CEO and leadership team


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or a Master's degree from an accredited institution preferred
  • Experience in the supply chain and/or network expertise
  • Proven background working innovative ideas such as energy efficient resources
  • Track record building complex partnerships with fortune 500 companies
  • ISO and Quality Control proven experience
  • Effective Project Management skills
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead a team
  • Strong understanding of the company, business, brand, and product
  • Strategic thinker with a solid grasp of the market and industry dynamics
