THE WORK
In this important role you will be supporting multiple concurrent projects on the Ground Base Radar Product Line.
You will be responsible for manufacturing execution. Responsibilities include but not limited to managing schedule & cost, manpower planning, identifying and managing risks, upholding configuration control and streamlining our process. Additionally you will be responsible for understanding program material status and coordinating cross-site needs as well as managing material Statement of Problems (StOPs) which include coordinating obsolescence solutions with Engineering and Sourcing. You will also be responsible for coordinating international radar shipments.
This role includes overseeing different program phases, from development to transition to production and production. Frequent collaboration with Technical Operations (engineering), Sourcing, Quality, Mission Success, and Finance teams will be integral to your work. Your responsibilities will encompass managing program baseline plans, conducting capacity, resource, and staffing analyses.
