Bs degree in mechanical/Industrial Engineer with 11+ years of experience in Heavy Engineering Industry/Oil & Gas/EPC industry

Experience in coordinating workflow within or between departments to Manufacture structural, piping, and electrical components

Experience in coordinating with offshore and onsite teams – Leading, supporting, and solving

Troubleshooting the manufacturing process of Structural and Piping Components

Planning and organizing Deliverables considering Production schedules

Identify productivity improvements, and work with cross-functional teams to implementation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, involving Manufacturing, Project management, and Production teams to reduce cost and fabrication challenges.

Perform Project risk assessments to resolve future risks and improve the success rate.

Experience in Plant 3D/Advance Steel/AutoCAD

Design and implementation experience in Welding, Assembly Fixtures, and Material Handling equipment

Added advantage if candidate experienced in Design software Creo and SolidWorks
