DISHER is currently partnering an innovative hydraulic system manufacturer in their search for an Manufacturing Development Engineer to join their dynamic team. Manufacturing Development Engineers drive the design, development, and launch of new processes to completion. Candidates should have a desire to make decisions and develop creative solutions to challenges related to creating new products or manufacturing processes.

What you will get to do:

• Lead and coordinate resources and departments towards project completion
• Conduct research and development for new technology and automation
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality departments to address problems or for continuous improvement
• Design and develop prototypes for new applications or manufacturing techniques

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or equivalent
